What time does class begin?
All classes begin at 9:00am (Eastern Standard Time) and run until approximately 4:30pm. This includes a morning and afternoon break and a one (1) hour lunch break. Students should plan to arrive at least by 8:45am to register.

How should I dress?
Students are encouraged to dress comfortably with most choosing to wear casual business clothing. Since the weather in the Ohio Valley is quite unpredictable you might need a variety of clothing. Feel free to call a day or two prior to the class to check the weather conditions.

If flying, which airport will I be using?
You need to schedule your flight into the LOUISVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Our Authorized Training Center is conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Airport.

What about dining and shopping?
Your instructor can make recommendations for lunch. A listing of dining and activities is available to all students who would like suggestions. Also, our training center is located just 2 miles from Louisville's largest and finest shopping malls. Also check out www.louky.org, www.gotolouisville.com, and www.louisville.areaguides.net.

How many people will be in class?
At Oasis, we understand the importance of training. Our training center is designed to provide a personal, hands-on setting. Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 students to facilitate the "hands-on" atmosphere. Also, you will have the availability to ask one-on-one questions during class breaks or after class.

What should I bring?
If you have specific questions, it's good to prepare a list. Also, if you have questions about set-up features, it's good to print out your current set-up that can be reviewed by your instructor. Each student will receive certified course curriculum for each class.

Are classes subject to CPE credits?
Yes. Additionally, NASBA Certification is pending.
