Oasis Training Solutions

Enrollment in a Oasis Training Solutions web-training course is reserved for a single student. Each additional participant from your company must enroll separately.

Oasis Training Solutions, a division of Oasis Solutions Group, Inc., maintains the following policy for cancellation of web training courses.

We reserve the right to cancel any web-training course up to 5 business days prior to the scheduled course date. You will not be billed for courses cancelled.

For any participant cancellation between 6 – 10 working days prior to the scheduled web training course, the tuition will not be refunded, but will be applied to the same future web training course.

If you have been sent the training curriculum for the course you are scheduled to attend you will not be sent new material, and may be taught in a different curriculum or new version from the training manual you have.

For any cancellations of enrollment within 5 working days of the web training course you will be billed the entire tuition and you cannot reschedule.

Please know that the Oasis Training Solutions, a division of Oasis Solutions Group, Inc., will not be responsible for Internet connectivity, firewall blockages, networking complications or performance issues during the web-training course.

Minimum System Requirements

To better insure a satisfactory performance during web training courses, Oasis Training Solutions requires web-training participants meet the following minimum system requirements:

32MB or better
Internet connection via cable modem, DSL, or T1. Dial up connection prohibited.
Microsoft 98, XP, 2000, 2003 operating system. Vista will be supported in the future.
Intel Pentium 166 MHz processor or faster.
Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later.
If you have a firewall, verify that you can access the web site successfully.
Close out all other applications before going logging into the web-training course, especially e-mail.
Dial in on a non-interruptive phone line. (Call waiting phone lines are not recommended.)
