Software Implementation/Project Management
Each new implementation is assigned a specific coordinator to manage the entire implementation process. This includes, hardware review, installation, training, data conversions, parallel runs, custom reports and programming enhancements up to and beyond your go-live date.

Technical Support
We believe that the quality and expertise of our Customer Support is just as important as the quality of our products. Our technical support analysts are fully trained in the products that we support and have also been certified by Sage® Software as Certified Trainers. Oasis offers both on-site and telephone support.

Custom Programming
Oasis is a Master Developer for both Sage MAS90 and Sage MAS200 and has a full time staff of programmers to modify or enhance these products to meet your specific business needs. We believe that software must have the ability to be modified to meet your business needs, not to change the way you do business.

Classroom Training
As an award winning Sage® Software Authorized Training Center, we provide expert, hands-on classroom training for both the end-user and channel partners. Class size is limited, we use Sage® certified course curriculum, and we are THE ONLY SAGE® AUTHORIZED TRAINING CENTER IN KENTUCKY. See our Course Listing.

On-site Training
Realizing that it is not always practical to send multiple employees to a training class, let Oasis come to you. One of our Certified Trainers will be glad to provide the same quality training that is offered in the classroom right to your office.

Data Conversions
The effective implementation of a new system requires the careful migration of information from your existing system to your new system. This data often includes your Customer History, Inventory, Open Sale Orders and Purchase Orders, Vendor History, and Employee Records. Our team of experienced programmers will work with your Project Manager to coordinate and perform a successful migration.

Report Writing
Do you need a special report or custom financial statement, but there's never enough time to write your own report? Let the Custom Report/Financial Statement Design team at Oasis write the report for you using Crystal Reports or FRx.

Hardware/Network Solutions
Oasis Computer Solutions will work closely with your internal IT department or your current hardware / network vendor to ensure that your system is fully compatible with our products. Additionally, Oasis works closely with regional and local hardware and network providers to deliver quality equipment and services for clients without an internal MIS staff or current supplier.
