By choosing Oasis for your Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200,
Sage MAS 500 or Sage Abra HRMS support, you have access to our highly skilled
support analysts. Each analyst has received extensive
training and certification on the various features and
benefits of the software functionality and trouble
shooting. Our staff has varied backgrounds in
Accounting, Programming, System Analysis, Software
Implementation, Project Management, and Corporate
Training. Every support analyst is also a Sage®
Certified Trainer.
Our support team offers a variety of technical
support options. They include telephone support from our
help desk, remote support, technical support via e-mail,
on-site technical support and consultation, and on-site
or classroom training.
Terms and Conditions: There is a 15 minute minimum
for each call placed to Technical Support concerning a
support question. All time spent on problem
determination, research, and problem resolution is
attributed to the support call. Non-critical issues
using fax or e-mail are considered the same as telephone
calls in the way time is calculated. The same applies to
remote support. End-users with approved accounts are
billed on a monthly basis. All others are charged on an
incident by incident basis with Visa and MasterCard
being accepted.
